Organizational Structure

The project is under the University of Malawi, Bunda College. It has a National Management Committee (NMC), which is always chaired by the University of Malawi – Bunda College. The project is being run by ten staff members with eight stationed at the national office in Lilongwe, twenty four at each of the market information centers and market information points. Besides the staff, IDEAA also uses consultants to undertaken short-term specific activities.
